Accreditation:

We have achieved and maintained full accreditation for all 44 standards through the Aged Care Standards Agency. Please follow this link for further information: The Aged Care Accreditation Agency

Auditing:

We participate in various auditing activities that allow us to compare our results and outcomes to industry standards. This includes internal and external auditing. Our external auditing includes:

  • Agency Information management System (AIMS) financial and environmental data submission to the Department  of Human Services (DHS)
  • Quality Performance Indicator (QPI) clinical outcome data submission to DHS
